As the Philippines seems to be following the US standard it is important to follow exactly the dimensions. of the USA frame and boxes. There are so many variations used worldwide that a box of mixed frames is going to be a burr comb disaster.
A Langstroth deep box is high 9 5/8" exactly. 9 1/2 or 9 3/4 will cause a lot of trouble. Must be 9 5/8.
The recess for the rails is 5/8". Must be exactly that so the remaining height is 9". If you mess it up it will be burr combed or the bees will glue it.
The box is 9 5/8" and bee space is 1/4" so the frame should be 9 3/8" high from top to bottom. 9 1/4" at minimum.
